We must receive your order by 2:30 PM EST to ship that day. With the exception of Next Day,

Minimum Order: All orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 service charge.

Freight Policy: Once product is ship the sale is complete. FOB means freight on
board. We ship only ship FedEx.

3) Return Products Policy: We do not take back products after being used unless
there are a manufacturing defect.
4) We do not take back product after 14 days of
purchase.
5) Freight charges must be prepaid on returns.
8) 30% restocking and freight charges on all returned products or refused
orders.
9.) Once you use our professional grade tools, if you feel that the tool does
not work to specification and want to return the tool in question, you must call
DRP Tool to get a return authorization #. When we received the tool we
will test tool in question for it's performance. DRP Tool reserves the right to
reject the returned tool completely, and issue a store credit if the tool performs to it's said
specification.
