your order and have enter your shipping information Click Finalize My Order to enter Our Secure Ordering Directory.
After entering all information requested click

We must receive your order by 2:30 PM EST to ship that day. With the exception of Next Day,
UPS does not count the day of pick up. The following day starts its delivery time frame. Our shipping rates are based on handling charges and that class of service.
DRP Tool Sales Policy Terms

Minimum Order: All orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 service charge.
2.)
Freight Policy: We ship via UPS. Free standard ground freight on all orders of $850 in
continental U.S. excluding Straight Edges, Floor
Stripper and Power Stretchers. These
products cannot be combined with additional products to achieve prepaid freight
dollar amount.
3)
Return Products Policy: We do not take back products
after being used unless there are a manufacturing defect. We will not exchange except under the following conditions:

purchase.
5) Freight charges must be prepaid.

not work to specification and want to return the tool in question, you must call
DRP Tool to get a return authorization #. When we received the tool we

reject the returned tool completely, if the tool performs to it's said
specification
